Bump to Baby is a 6-week pregnancy group exercise program run by our exercise physiologist, Emily Sando. An exercise physiologist can help by monitoring your response and symptoms to make sure you are exercising effectively and safely.
This program will help you stay active and improve your overall wellbeing. Additionally, weekly discussions by Emily and other health professionals provide you with brief education for different areas of your health during pregnancy.

Week 4 : Tuesday 29th Jan 2019
Week 5 : Tuesday 5th Feb 2019
Week 6 : Tuesday 12th Feb 2019
*All participants must have an initial 1:1 consultation with Emily prior to participating in classes.
