Bump to Baby is a 6-week pregnancy group exercise program run by our exercise physiologist, Emily Sando. An exercise physiologist can help by monitoring your response and symptoms to make sure you are exercising effectively and safely.
This program (commenceable in the 2nd or 3rd trimester) will help you stay active and improve your overall wellbeing. Additionally, weekly discussions by Emily and other health professionals provide you with brief education for different areas of your health during pregnancy.
An initial 1:1 consultation with Emily to discuss your current situation and exercise prescription (worth $90) - this must be conducted prior to participating in the classes.
