Exercise Right for Active Ageing

My Local Physio Plus is an accredited provider of the Exercise Right for Active Ageing Project.

The Exercise Right for Active Ageing Project (ERAA) is a national exercise project for older Australians. It is funded by the Government via Sport Australia as part of the Move it AUS - Better Ageing Grants Program.

The aim of the project is to increase physical activity among inactive Australians aged 65 and over through group classes.
