Bump to Baby is our pre & post natal exercise program run by our exercise physiologist, Emily Sando. Women are welcome to join our group class from their second trimester*, right through to 12 months post natal.
Before commencing the group we ask that you see your GP and fill out the Pre-Exercise Enrolment Form together. Once you have done this, you may book in for an initial assessment with Emily.
As an exercise physiologist, Emily is trained to assess and monitor your response to exercise, to ensure that your program is safe, effective and individualised. Emily will be able to advise you on exercise for prevention and management of:
Each week Emily will also facilitate discussions and education around all things health and pregnancy. From time to time this will include presentations from special guest speakers, such as a Midwife, Pelvic Floor Physio or Professional Counsellor. This is a safe environment to discuss current recommendations, as well as share experiences and ask questions. Topics of the week may include:

*Please note, if you are in the stages of pre-conception or first trimester you are welcome to see Emily for an individual consult, and join the group from second trimester.
Classes are limited currently to a maximum of 8 people, to make sure you are getting close attention when needed.

If you would like to 'come and try' to see if this program is for you, we are happy to offer your first session complimentary. Just let us know so we can make sure there is space available. As we require an initial consult before properly joining the group, your 'come and try' session will be light intensity. We just ask that you arrive 10 minutes early for a quick pre-screening chat with Emily.
