Our Physio Exercise Class is a small group class designed to improve strength and general fitness using basic gym equipment. During the class, individuals are guided by a physiotherapist to complete a personalised program specific to their needs and goals. Individuals are continually assessed and progression is made to meet functional goals.
An initial assessment is undertaken prior to the class to develop an individual exercise plan for each group member.
