Falls Prevention/Balance Class

As we age we often suffer from a decrease in balance, muscle strength and overall flexibility, which alters the way we move and may increase our risk of sustaining an injury from falling. The risk increases further with changes to reaction time, concentration and other health concerns such as stroke, incontinence and osteoporosis. The good news is Exercise Can Help!

With attending the falls & balance group you may experience:
