Stretch Class

Exercise Physiology supervised small group (max 3).

Supervised by Emily, our Exercise Physiologist. 

The stretch group is a low intensity exercise group focusing on mobility, balance and core stability. The class incorporates principles of yoga, Pilates, tai chi and meditation, but is ultimately individualised for the client.

The class utilises equipment in the gym area including: 

  • Pilates reformer
  • Mat Work (requires getting on and off the floor)
  • Pilates Circles
  • Fit Balls
  • Chi Balls

Most suitable for patients looking for low impact exercise, general mobility, back strength, and core strengthening.  It is also suitable for those with pelvic floor dysfunction. 

An Initial Assessment is required prior to attending the group class.

**Sessions may qualify for private health fund rebates under Exercise Physiology Group consults.
