Yoga. As You Are.
What to expect:
A 75 minute class that combines pranayama (breath work), asana (physical movement) and meditation to align and calm your body, mind and breath. You will establish and improve your body’s mobility through increased strength, balance, flexibility, focus and co-ordination.
Suitable for all levels and abilities- plenty of variations will be offered to ensure everyone can practice to where their body is at.
Our classes are limited to a small number of people to emphasise on a personalised, individually focused experience for you. A small class sizes allows more attention and focus to each individual to ensure you are practising yoga effectively and safely- differentiating ourselves to traditional yoga classes with a larger number of people.
What to bring:
A yoga mat (if you have one, if not there are spare mats in the studio), a blanket and an open mind. Please wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in.
