Rose is a registered and qualified professional counsellor, with diverse experience within the mental health sector. Rose has a strong focus on providing unconditional positive regard for her clients, and emotionally supporting people to reach their goals and desired outcomes. Working from a non-judgemental, person centered approach, Rose believes that a holistic view to counselling helps to ensure that our physical, mental, spiritual and emotional quadrants are in balance.
Rose incorporates various strategies and techniques in consulting including, solution focus and cognitive behaviour therapy dependent upon client’s individual needs. Rose has experience in working in a variety of community support organisations, including The Salvation Army at Playford and Anglicare exceptional needs programme
Rose consults with a range of different worksites via the employee assistance programme including the Australian Energy Market Operators, (AEMO) and has previously been the onsite support counsellor for the staff at the City of Playford Council.

Along with consulting in private practice, Rose has facilitated workshops on building self-worth and self-esteem, managing stress and anxiety and has been involved in trauma rapid response and critical debriefing.
