Why Choose Clinical Reformer Pilates?
If you have an injury, pain or a health condition it is a good idea to begin your Reformer strengthening programme under the supervision of a health professional.
A thorough initial assessment will ensure the Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist is aware of any important considerations for your body and will be there during the class to guide and prompt you to ensure you are exercising in the best way for your body to prevent further pain or injury.
