Melissa Olech    

Melissa Olech has had over 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist in both Adelaide and Sydney, predominantly in private practice.

Her extensive experience has been across all age groups, with a particular interest in a wide range of areas including:

  • Neck pain and headaches
  • Upper and lower back pain
  • Postural education and ergonomics
  • Pain associated with arthritis and ageing
  • Sports injuries
  • Growing pain in adolescents.

Cameron Craig

Cameron strives to provide evidence-based approaches which helps individuals with their goals and best possible long term outcomes.

John Paul graduated in 2005 from Manipal University in South India, completing his Bachelors of Physiotherapy.

John Paul’s areas of interest:

  • Low back and neck pain
  • Tendon pain, eg tennis elbow, achilles
  • Sports injuries
  • Work related injuries
  • TMJ (jaw pain)
  • GLA:D program 

Craig Ellis

Craig uses a specific hands on treatment approach combined with patient specific functional exercise to achieve the best possible outcome for all his patients.

Alle Foster

Alle is passionate about improving the outcomes of her clients by adopting a biopsychosocial and evidence-based approach. Alle uses hands-on techniques combined with active self management to assist her clients to achieve long lasting results.
