What to expect:
These 75 minute classes will combine pranayama (breath work), asana (physical movement) and meditation to align and calm your body, mind and breath. You will establish and improve your body’s mobility through increased strength, balance, flexibility, focus and co-ordination.
Suitable for all levels and abilities- plenty of variations will be offered to ensure everyone can practice to where their body is at.
What to bring:
A yoga mat (if you have one, if not there are spare mats in the studio), a blanket and an open mind. Please wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in.
$70 for a 4 session program pass
