Our range of group exercise classes are designed to help you get moving, improve your strength and have some fun.
Step 1
- Call us to book your initial assessment.
- An initial assessment is undertaken for ALL our groups and classes to assess your medical history and physical activity status to guide you into the appropriate group with a tailored program.
Step 2
- View our group exercise classes timetable below!
- After your assessment, our reception team will help you find and book a class that best suits your goals and availability.
Step 3
- After 6–12 months, we’ll check in with a re-assessment. It’s our way of assessing how far you’ve come since your first session, and making sure your plan keeps growing with you so you continue to feel your best.
