My Local Physio Plus are proud to be partnering with Preventative Health SA and the City of Tea Tree Gully to help our local community feel happy, healthy, and connected!
The Wellbeing Hub represents a collaborative approach in response to the well-being needs of our local community.
We’re excited to partner with the City of Tea Tree Gully to offer subsidised classes:

Strength Plus
We offer two Strength Plus classes each week as part of an 8-week program:
- Tuesdays: 1:15pm – 2:00pm
- Wednesdays: 9:30am – 10:15am
The program begins in Week 1, starting July 14, with the classes running from:
- Tuesday, July 15 until Tuesday, September 2
- Wednesday, July 16 until Wednesday, September 3
You can choose to book the full 8-week block for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or both days.
Please note: once booked, your class days are fixed — swapping between days is not available.
Bookings Open Monday June 23rd at 9am
Bookings Close Monday June 14th at 9am

Mat Pilates
These classes provide accessible, expert-led sessions designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being in a welcoming community environment. The convenient time slot allows for parents to attend whilst kids are training at Golden Grove Football Club.
Join our Mat Pilates program, offering two class options each week over an 8-week block:
- Tuesdays: 6:45pm – 7:30pm
- Fridays: 11:15am – 12:00pm
The program begins in Week 1, starting July 14, with the classes running from:
- Tuesday, July 15 until Tuesday, September 2
- Friday, July 18 until Friday, September 5
You can book the full 8-week block for either Tuesdays, Fridays, or both days.
Please note: once booked, you’ll need to stick to your selected day(s), as class swapping is not available.

Mums and Bubs Mat Pilates
These classes allow new parents to focus on recovery and strength while bonding with their little ones.
Our Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates classes are designed to support postnatal recovery in a safe, supportive environment. We offer two class options each week across an 8-week block:
- Mondays: 12:45pm – 1:30pm
- Wednesdays: 1:30pm – 2:15pm
The program begins in Week 1, starting July 14, with the classes running from:
- Monday, July 14 until Monday, September 1
- Wednesday, July 16 until Wednesday, September 3
You can book the full 8-week block for either Mondays, Wednesdays, or both days.
