Before you join a class:

An initial assessment is required prior to joining any of our groups and classes to assess your medical history and physical activity status to guide you into the appropriate group with a tailored program. 

Call us now to book your initial assessment. (Available at Golden Grove or Ridgehaven)

For hygiene and safety, please wear grippy socks during your sessions. These can be purchased at reception.

If you have an injury, pain or a health condition it is a good idea to begin your Reformer strengthening program under the supervision of a health professional.

Or, even if you are fit and healthy, some people prefer to exercise in a smaller group with extra supervision to build their confidence.

  • Your individualised program is tailored to suit your injuries or health concerns.
  • You will be supervised by a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist (Health Fund Rebates May Apply).
  • You will work on your specific goals.
  • You will learn the technique of each exercise at your own pace.
  • You can interact during the session, ask questions if you need.
  • We can incorporate the reformer with general resistance training exercises (such as body weight or dumbbell exercises) and relaxation/mindfulness.
