The Premier League and Reserves Squad at Norwood Netball Club are encouraged to book an athlete screening with our My Local Physio Sport team. These screenings help identify areas of strength, weakness, and potential injury risk, providing a clear picture of your physical baseline. In the event of an injury, this information allows us to guide your recovery more effectively and help you return to peak performance.
