Cameron completed his Bachelor of Human Movement in 2015 and Masters of Physiotherapy in 2017 at the University of South Australia. Cameron’s extensive experience and involvement in many sporting clubs, in particular AFL, is the foundation for his passion for sport, exercise and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Cameron strives to provide evidence-based approaches which help individuals with their goals and the best possible long-term outcomes. He combines a range of interventions to complement his hand-on approach.
Cameron also has a passion for group exercise classes, taking weekly core and conditioning classes in our Clinic, and a supervised rehabilitation class at Benefitness to help individuals get back to the things they love and stay healthy.
John Paul Kola has more than 12 years of clinical experience working in private musculoskeletal clinical practice settings here in South Australia. John Paul has also previously worked in a rehabilitation setting with children suffering from various orthopaedic and neurological conditions.
He has a Postgraduate Master’s degree in Manual (Manipulative Therapy) and Sports Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia (2008) in addition to a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree (2005, Manipal University, South India). John Paul is also a Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist as recognised by the Australian Physiotherapy Association for his postgraduate qualifications and experience.
John Paul is very passionate about Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and strives to help his clients get back on track from their debilitating pain conditions with a client centred focus. He has a wealth of clinical experience, providing attention to detail, thorough clinical assessment of complex problems and providing effective, individually tailored physiotherapy treatment solutions. He is adept at providing effective hands-on treatment as well as client specific advice and exercise programs.
John Paul likes to keep himself updated with the latest advances in physiotherapy by attending various professional development courses and symposiums throughout the year. John Paul is also a GLAD certified physiotherapist and offers the GLAD program to patients with Hip and Knee Osteo Arthritis.
He also specialises in treating Jaw pain (Temporo Mandibular Disorders - TMD) and associated Headaches and neck pain.
Craig completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at UniSA in 2008. Since then Craig has worked exclusively in private practices in the metropolitan area. Craig has also undertaken further study in running related injuries, sports physiotherapy, pain science, tendon pain management and dry needling.
Craig uses a hands on treatment approach combined with patient specific functional exercise to achieve the best possible outcome for all his patients.
Craig has a special interest in treating running related injuries as well as hip and knee injuries. He offers in rooms assessments of running injuries and also running technique and gait assessments at our Ridgehaven clinic.
Outside of work Craig has a passion for running and generally keeping fit and healthy. You will commonly see him running the streets of Adelaide in the early morning. In 2018 Craig completed both the Adelaide and New York marathons helping to raise money for children in disadvantaged communities.
Alle completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia in 2020. Alle has been involved in the management of players at local football clubs, which has sparked her interest in musculoskeletal and sport physiotherapy. Alle also has an interest in Women’s Health and is keen to further her knowledge in this area of physiotherapy in the future.
Alle is passionate about improving the outcomes of her clients by adopting a biopsychosocial and evidence-based approach. Alle uses hands-on techniques combined with active self management to assist her clients to achieve long lasting results. Alle places a strong emphasis on individualised and goal-specific treatment to provide functional rehabilitation for her clients to achieve their long term goals.

Nathan completed his Master of Physiotherapy in 2017 at the University of South Australia and also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement Studies).
Nathan grew up in Greenwith and has a passion for helping the community achieve their goals through education and self-empowerment to facilitate long-term and meaningful change.
Throughout his 20+ years of playing football (soccer), Nathan has had his fair share of injuries and understands how much injuries and pain can impact lives. His goal is to get you back to doing what you love doing in a sustainable way.
Having worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy as well as in rehabilitation services at Modbury Hospital and in the community, Nathan has experience managing a wide range of conditions including acute injuries, workplace injuries, pre and post operative management, spinal pain and chronic or persistent pain.
When Nathan isn't working, you'll find him playing football for Adelaide Comets Football Club, enjoying the company of his friends and partner (who also happens to be a Physiotherapist), looking after his front lawn or planning for his next overseas holiday.

Natalee studied at Flinders University, completing a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Principles of Physiotherapy) and a Postgraduate Masters degree in Physiotherapy.
Natalee's passion for musculoskeletal Physiotherapy stems from her main interest in the human body and her desire to help others achieve their health goals. She ensures that her patients are heard, catering her interventions to suit individual needs. Natalee uses a range of techniques, including the provision of exercise, education and self-management strategies. These techniques complement the hands-on therapy that she also uses.

Ben completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of South Australia in 2021. Ben’s passion for sport and exercise, in combination with his interest in the mechanics of the human body, drove him to pursue a career in musculoskeletal and sport physiotherapy. Ben also has an interest in dry needling and is eager to further his knowledge in this area of physiotherapy in the future. Ben’s client-centred and evidence-based approach aims to make rehabilitation functional and tailored to the individual. Ben places a strong emphasis on utilising a mixture of hands-on techniques with active self-management strategies to assist patients achieve their specific goals. Ben is a passionate soccer player and currently plays for Adelaide Victory Football Club. In addition, he enjoys cycling, travelling to experience new cultures and can’t wait to return to Italy to use his Italian language skills.
Emily is an accredited Exercise Physiologist graduating from a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement & Health Science) in 2011 before moving on to study a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Science in 2012.

Prior to life with Chinese Medicine, Meg studied Dance full time at Adelaide College of the Arts and New Zealand School of Dance. Since 2017 she has been teaching Pilates, Stretch, Yoga, Barre and fitness. This knowledge often comes to play in Meg’s treatments, using the gym to work through Pilates exercises or stretches that may assist in opening channels, freeing blockages and creating movement.
