Harper's Field: Mat Pilates
Harper's Field Mat Pilates provide accessible, fun sessions designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being in a welcoming community environment. The convenient time slot allows for parents to attend whilst kids are training at Golden Grove Football Club.
Join our Mat Pilates program, offering two class options each week over an 8-week block:
- Tuesdays: 6:45pm – 7:30pm (WAITLIST)
- Saturday: 8:00am - 8:45am (6 classes)
- Saturday: 9:00am - 9:45am (6 classes)
- Saturday: 10:00am - 10:45am (6 classes)
Don't forget to bring a mat and wear proper socks

You can book the full 8-week block for Tuesdays, Fridays, or both.
Please note: once booked, your class days are set, and swapping between days isn’t available.
