Harper's Field: Strength Plus

Strength Plus at Harper's Field, suitable for older people who are keen to keep moving. All classes are led by our team, ensuring safe, effective exercise.

We offer two Strength Plus classes each week as part of an 8-week program:

  • Tuesdays: 1:15pm – 2:00pm
  • Wednesdays: 9:30am – 10:15am

The program begins in Week 1, starting July 14, with the classes running from:

  • Tuesday, July 15 until Tuesday, September 2
  • Wednesday, July 16 until Wednesday, September 3

You can choose to book the full 8-week block for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or both days.
Please note: once booked, your class days are fixed — swapping between days is not available.
