At My Local Physio Plus, we proudly provide Aged Care Allied Health Services through partnerships with a variety of home care package and aged care providers. Our experienced and compassionate team supports older adults in maintaining their health, independence, and quality of life.

Whether you're living independently at home or in a supported residential setting, our team works with your care package provider to deliver evidence-based, individualised allied health services. We offer a wide range of support that may include:

• Physiotherapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and reduce the risk of falls
• Exercise Physiology for chronic condition management, functional independence, and long-term mobility
• Remedial Massage Therapy to support circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation
• Group Classes and Programs to encourage social connection and movement in a supported environment
• Reformer Pilates to build core strength and postural control

Our goal is to help you move more confidently, manage pain, and enjoy life as fully as possible. We understand that each person’s care plan is different, so not all services may be included under every package, our team can guide you through what’s available and help liaise with your provider.
